Private Venue Management operates as a commission-only marketplace. There are no upfront fees, monthly costs, or long-term contracts. We list your space on pvmgnt.com, match qualified event clients to your venue, and collect a commission only when a booking closes.
Commission rate: 15% of the venue rental fee. Cleaning fees, catering, and any other operational costs are excluded from commission and remain with you.
